Special Price now Extended. Our special offer delivery price normally will be only £5.25 for all furniture and equipment delivered to UK mainland (Not including highlands of Scotland and certain remote area's. Due to new revision charges by a few of our larger equipment carriers / suppliers, we have had to increase slightly our special offer charges to these remote destinations for larger items to offset some of these costs). Any further extra charge incurred by our carriers due to specialist location or any other other reason may also increase delivery cost. If this applies we will inform you. Any goods returned
with our agreement must have our prior authorisation and the true cost of transportation may be charged. This could be in excess of our standard delivery charge.
Other charges could be applied.
We try to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 working days (9 out of 10 orders are dispatched within this period) however stock level availability can sometimes affect this. Made to order items can take 1-6 weeks subject to specific manufacturer and demand. Please phone us to enquire about a specific item before ordering if your item is of a very urgent nature and we should be able to give you a timescale.

Royal Mail 1st class Special Delivery
Next working day before 1pm - very small high cost items under 1Kg which are in stock.
Orders must be placed before 2.0pm, not including weekends, to be sent out same day.

National carrier companies
Many items next working day delivery 9.00 to 5.30 for orders placed before 2.00pm. Certain items may take slightly longer.

Standard 1st class Recorded Delivery - small items under 2Kg.
Royal Mail, usually next working day, but may take 2-3 days to remote areas. Used for certain packages under 2Kg.
All our delivery charges are subsidised by us and does not reflect the true cost of delivery. Orders must be placed before 2pm for in stock items to be sent out same day. UK Mainland - We use a 1-3 day delivery service. This does not guarantee a next day delivery.

Furniture and large equipment items
Certain furniture items may be manufactured to order or held in a remote warehouse and could cause a longer delivery wait period. We can quote delivery dates and will advise you for specific items of this nature. Some items may incur an extra charge due to delivery location. |
